摘　　要：在汽轮机机组中运用一键启动控制方式,可以提高电厂自动化水平,减少人为操作失误。介绍了适用于600 MW机组的一键启动控制系统的改造设计,重点介绍了基于各部件温度裕度的启动升转速过程和步骤,以及不同步骤中的阀序。同时,该系统的安全性和可靠性可以满足电厂运行要求。所介绍的内容可以为同类型汽轮机控制提供技术参考。To utilize the one-button start-up control method in operation of steam turbine units can improve automation and reduce human error.The design improvement of the control system used in 600 MW units are demonstrated,the process and steps of unit start-up based on temperature margin of each component are presented with emphasis,and the opening sequence of valves in different steps is also showed.Meanwhile,the safety and reliability of this system can meet the operation requirements of power plant.The presentation can provide reference of control technology for steam turbine with the same type.
