摘　　要：高校科研评价是教育评价改革的重要内容之一.如何通过构建更加合理的科研评价制度体系,利用信息技术手段推动科研评价管理改革,是各高校科研管理部门关注的重点.以石家庄铁道大学为例,通过优化制度建设,完善工作流程,持续推动科研评价观念转变、方式方法创新和体制机制改革,建立了功能丰富、实用适用的科研评价服务平台,总结了高效、客观的科研评价过程和先进经验,对同类院校科研评价具有一定的借鉴和指导意义.Research evaluation in universities is an important aspect of educational evaluation reform.How to construct a more reasonable system of research evaluation and utilize information technology to promote the reform of research evaluation management,is a key concern for research management departments in universities.Taking Shijiazhuang Tiedao University as an example,this paper optimizes institutional construction,improves workflow,continuously promotes the transformation of research evaluation concepts,innovation in methods,and reform of systems and mechanisms.We established a function-rich,practical research evaluation service platform,achieving efficient and objective research evaluation processes and outcomes.The resulting advanced experiences are replicable and can serve as valuable references for similar institutions.
