摘  要:文章主要介绍了转向架平板对接结构焊缝中,焊修的次数对于焊缝接头疲劳性能的影响。针对目前动车组转向架生产过程中出现的焊修情况,对SMA490BW耐候钢平板对接结构进行焊修工艺试验和接头疲劳试验,计算得出疲劳极限,并测试硬度和观察金相组织,试验结果表明经历3次焊修的焊缝,其旋转弯曲疲劳极限下降了2.85%,经过3次焊修后又挖除焊缝,再次进行焊接的焊缝,其旋转弯曲疲劳极限下降了10.43%,各焊缝接头的硬度以及微观金相组织没有发生明显的变化。This paper mainly introduces the influence of welding repair times on fatigue properties in the welding seam of bogie plate butt structure.Aiming at the welding repair situation in the current EMU bogie production process,the welding repair process experiment and joint fatigue experiment were conducted on the SMA490BW weathering steel flat butt structure.The fatigue limit was calculated,and the hardness and metallurgical structure were observed.The experimental results showed that the rotation bending fatigue limit of the weld was reduced by 2.85%after three times of welding repair,where the fatigue limit of the rewelded weld after three times of welding repair decreases by 10.43%.The hardness and microstructure of the weld joint have no obvious change.
