摘  要:本文利用劈尖干涉法测量微小长度量,对杨氏模量测定仪进行改进,借助CCD视像系统增加仪器操作和读数的稳定性、精确性。本文的测量方法设计合理,减小了塑性形变和形变的迟滞特性带来的影响。通过计算结果的误差分析可知,本文的实验设计能精确地计算出金属丝的杨氏模量。该实验原理清晰,装置简单易懂,操作方便,能满足对材料杨氏模量研究,同时为微小长度量的测量提供了新的思路。本次实验设计也是对课堂教学的巩固与拓展,在实验教学案例中具有很好的推广价值。The optic wedge interference method is used to measure the micro length in this paper.Utilizing the CCD video system will improve the stability and accuracy of instrument operation and readout.the Young's modulus tester is upgraded.A reasonable measuring method is intended to minimize the effects of plastic deformation and deformation hysteresis.The error analysis of the calculation results demonstrates that the experimental design in this paper can precisely calculate the Young's modulus of the metal wire.The experiment's theories and models are clear,the operation and measurement is convenient and simple to comprehend,which can satisfy the research into materials'Young's moduli and provide a novel concept for measuring micro length.In addition to consolidating and expanding classroom instruction,this experimental design also has a good promotion value in the experimental teaching.
