摘  要:本研究创新实习实训改革,结合本专业实习实训本身的特点,与企业医院开展全方位、深层次、多形式的校企合作,充分发挥校企双主体的人才培养优势,建立校企双主体育人机制,依次从实训课程体系、师资培养、实训基地三方面着手,通过校企共构实训课程体系、校企共组双师教学团队、校企共建教学实训基地形成口腔医学专业双主体育人的实习实训模式,将“课岗融合”、“专创融合”的教学理念融入到教学改革中,培养和提高学生综合职业能力,增强学生的岗位胜任力、创新精神和创新能力,进而提升口腔医学专业人才培养质量。This study innovates the reform of internship and practical training,combines the characteristics of internship and practical training in this major,and carries out all-round,deep level,and multi-form cooperation with enterprise hospitals,fully leveraging the talent cultivation advantages of the school enterprise dual main body,establishing a school enterprise dual main sports personnel mechanism,starting from three aspects:the training curriculum system,teacher training,and training base.Through the joint construction of the training curriculum system,teachers with dual qualifications and training bases,a new school-enterprise internship and practical training model for stomatology specialty has been formed,which can cultivate and improve students'comprehensive professional ability,enhance students'post competence,innovation spirit and innovation ability,and then improve the quality of stomatology specialty professional talent training.
