党员关爱制度中的激励艺术——以中共邱县党委为例

摘　　要：从混沌到光明,中国共产党越过历史的荆棘,带领中国人民取得了伟大胜利。随着中国共产党管理机制的不断成熟与发展,其激励制度上的智慧值得当代管理活动借鉴。本文提出如何将党员关爱制度连接现代管理中激励机制的问题。在此基础上,选取中共河北邱县党委的党内关爱激励历史,利用管理学相关知识分析其激励环节的具体智慧。最后我们得出,通过以人为本精神的确立、需求导向调查、构建“三位一体”式激励体系、营造公平公开且民主的激励环境、完善相关激励配套措施能够为当代管理活动的发展添砖加瓦。The CPC crossed the thorns of history and led the Chinese people to a great victory.With the continuous maturity and development of the management mechanism of the CPC,its wisdom in the incentive system is worthy of reference for contemporary management activities.This paper puts forward the problem of how to connect the caring system of Party members with the incentive mechanism in modern management.On this basis,select the history of inner-party care and incentive of the CPC Qiu County Party Committee in Hebei Province,and analyze the specific wisdom of its incentive links with management related knowledge.Finally,we can conclude that the establishment of people-oriented spirit,demand oriented investigation,the construction of the"trinity"incentive system,the creation of a fair and open and democratic incentive environment,and the improvement of relevant incentive supporting measures can contribute to the development of contemporary management activities.
