摘　　要：本文基于霞浦县现有网络为农服务手段落后、时效性差、精细度不够等不足,进行气象为农服务的平台设计,开发气象信息服务系统触摸机终端和气象信息服务系统数据综合管理平台,选用合适的技术路线,对平台总体功能结构完善和优化,开辟气象为农信息发布的通道,进一步加强霞浦县农业气象信息发布能力,满足政府、农户对气象服务信息的个性化和精细化需求。In response to the shortcomings of outdated,poor timeliness,and insufficient precision in the existing network services for agriculture in Xiapu County,a platform design for meteorological services for agriculture is carried out.The meteorological information service system touch terminal and meteorological information service system data comprehensive management platform are developed,and appropriate technical routes are selected.The overall functional structure of the platform is improved and optimized,and a channel for the release of meteorological information for agriculture is opened up,further strengthen the ability of Xiapu County to release agricultural meteorological information,and meet the personalized and refined needs of the government and farmers for meteorological service information.
