摘 要:该研究旨在评估在肉牛日粮中添加不同水平的益生菌对肉牛生产性能和肠道菌群的影响。本试验选择体重相近(320±20)kg、健康的西门塔尔杂交肉牛72头,随机分为4组。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组。结果表明,在试验期结束时,与试验Ⅰ组相比较,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的平均日增重和平均日采食量显著增加(P<0.05),而各组之间的料肉比没有显著差异(P>0.05);与试验Ⅰ组相比较,添加益生菌的试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组可显著提高肉牛中肠道乳酸杆菌的含量(P<0.05),同时显著降低肠道中大肠杆菌的含量(P<0.05),但添加益生菌对肠道中的双歧杆菌和总需氧菌含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。本研究结果表明,在肉牛日粮中添加2%的复合益生菌发酵培养物,能够显著改善肉牛的生产性能,包括增加日增重和改善饲料转化率,对肠道菌群结构具有正向调节作用。This study aims to evaluate the effects of adding different levels of probiotics to beef cattle diets on their production performance and gut microbiota.In this experiment,72 healthy Simmental hybrid beef cattle with similar weight(320±20)kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,Group I,II,III,and IV.The results showed that at the end of the experimental period,compared with experimental group I,the average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of experimental groups II,III,and IV significantly increased(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the feed to meat ratio between the groups(P>0.05);Compared with Experiment Group I,the addition of probiotics to Experiment Groups II,III,and IV significantly increased the content of lactobacilli in the intestines of beef cattle(P<0.05),while significantly reducing the content of Escherichia coli in the intestines(P<0.05).However,the addition of probiotics did not show significant differences in the content of bifidobacteria and total aerobic bacteria in the intestines(P>0.05).The findings of this study showed that the addition of 2%of probiotic complex fermentation cultures to beef cattle diets significantly improved the performance of beef cattle,including increased daily weight gain and improved feed conversion,and positively regulated the structure of the intestinal flora.
