摘 要:“复盘式”思维可通过反向推演,总结成败经验。临床工作中,接诊患者是临床医生采集患者信息、医患沟通的重要环节,是医疗工作的基础,接诊患者环节的临床教学对提高实习医学生的岗位胜任力尤为重要。“复盘式”教学法在妇产科实习接诊患者环节中的应用,有利于提高实习医生的临床思维和医患沟通能力,可以提升实习医生在教学过程中的满意度。The'Review and Summary'thinking can be summarized through reverse deduction,summarizing the experience of success or failure.In clinical work,receving patients is an important part of clinical doctors'collection of patient information and communication between doctors and patients,and it is the foundation of medical work.The clinical teaching of receiving patients is particularly important for improving the job competence of interns.The application of the"Review and Summary"teaching method in the patient reception process of obstetrics and gynecology internships is beneficial for improving the clinical thinking and doctor-patient communication skills of interns,and can enhance their satisfaction with the teaching process.
