摘　　要：The international academic symposium of ISO/TC 312, Excellence in ser vice, was held in Beijing on February 27, which was a part of the 11th plenary meeting of the committee. Directed by SAC, organized by China National Institute of Standardization(CNIS), and supported by China Association for Standardization(CAS) and China Civil Airports Association(CCAA), the symposium was attended by over 20,000 representatives in hybrid forms.
