摘  要:2023年海河流域发生60年来最大流域性特大洪水,永定河水系发生特大洪水。本次永定河特大洪水三家店水文站最大洪峰流量3500 m3/s,卢沟桥最大洪峰流量4650 m3/s,超50年一遇,与历史上1939年大洪水重现期一致。通过分析2023年和1939年永定河两场暴雨洪水的成因,从降雨量、洪水形态等方面剖析洪水特点,为进一步掌握洪水规律、提升流域防洪能力提供参考。In 2023,the largest basin-wide flood in 60 years occurred in the Haihe River Basin and a catastrophic flood occurred in the Yongding River.The maximum peak flood flow of the Sanjiadian Hydrological Station in 2023 is 3500 m³/s,the maximum peak flood flow of Lugou Bridge is 4650 m³/s,which is once in more than 50 years,which is consistent with the flood frequency in 1939.In this paper,the causes of the two heavy rainstorms and floods in 2023 and 1939 are analyzed,and the characteristics of the floods are analyzed from the aspects of rainfall,flood patterns,and river sediment content,so as to better grasp the flood law and provide ideas for accelerating the improvement of the flood control system in the basin.
