南方地区集中式储粮温控系统应用效果分析

摘　　要：开发了立筒仓和浅圆仓集中式控温系统,1台制冷主机可用于多个储粮仓房控温,各储粮仓房的顶侧均固定连通有自然通风管,制冷主机上固定连通有送风管与回风管,实现同时对多个浅圆仓与立筒仓集中式控温,可以对冷空气进行充分的利用,降低了工作量,单仓造价低,能耗低。A centralized temperature controlled system for vertical silos and shallow circular silos had been developed.A refrigeration host was used temperature control in multiple grain storage silos.The top side of each grain storage silo was fixedly connected with a natural ventilation pipe,and the refrigeration host was fixedly connected with a supply and return air pipe,achieving centrallized control the temperature control for multiple silos simltaneously,making fully utilize cold air,reducing the workload of staff,reducing the air conditioning system construction cost of a single silo,and reducing energy consumption.
