高校科技人才服务现状调查与分析——以重庆市高校为例

摘　　要：科技人力资源是建设科技强国的核心资源。高校科技人才是科技人才队伍的重要组成部分。创新高校科技人才服务机制,激发高校科技人才的创新潜能具有重要现实意义。文章以重庆市高校科技人才和科技服务者为研究对象,利用文本挖掘、问卷调查和访谈等方法对高校科技人才服务现状进行分析。研究结果表明,高校科技人才服务存在服务制度需强化、服务内容待深化等问题,并由此对完善高校科技人才服务机制提出建议。Scientific and technological human resources are the core resources to build a scientific and technological power,and scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities are an important part of scientific and technological talents.It is of great practical significance to innovate the service mechanism of scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities and stimulate their innovation potential.This paper takes the scientific and technological talents and service providers of universities in Chongqing as the research object,and uses the methods of text mining,questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the service status of scientific and technological talents in universities.The research results indicate that there are problems with strengthening the service system and deepening the service content in the service of scientific and technological talents in universities,and suggestions are proposed for improving the service mechanism of scientific and technological talents in universities.
