摘  要:知识产权海关保护制度起源于欧美,是指海关在进出口环节对知识产权侵权货物依法禁止的措施。文章通过对比研究我国和欧美知识产权海关保护制度的差异,发现两者在内源驱动力和权责分配等方面存在诸多不同,其先进的执法理念和高效的执法程序对完善我国知识产权保护制度建设有一定的借鉴意义,也有助于我国知识产权海关保护执法起到实效,在一定程度上加快了知识产权强国建设的步伐。The customs protection system for intellectual property originated in Europe and America,which refers to the measures taken by customs to prohibit intellectual property infringement of goods in the import and export process in accordance with the law.The article compares and studies the differences in intellectual property customs protection systems between China and Europe and America,and finds that there are many differences between the two in terms of internal driving forces and allocation of rights and responsibilities.Their advanced law enforcement concepts and efficient law enforcement procedures have certain reference significance for improving the construction of China's intellectual property protection system,and will also contribute to the effectiveness of China's intellectual property customs protection law enforcement,to a certain extent,accelerate the pace of building a strong intellectual property country.
