摘 要:城市文化遗产具有突出普遍价值,且不可再生,承载着城市独一无二的历史文化信息。受全球气候变化影响,暴雨洪涝等极端天气及其衍生灾害频发,对文物古迹等文化遗产造成破坏。研究以武汉市主城区为例,通过遗产整体价值评价和暴雨洪涝灾害风险评估两方面来构建评估模型,结合GIS空间分析技术,得到文化遗产风险图。结果表明,武汉市主城区文化遗产整体价值等级与灾害风险等级在空间上呈正相关,高价值-高风险区域集中分布在长江和汉江交汇口周边。评估模型的构建能够为相关部门制定遗产防灾减灾措施提供依据。Urban cultural heritage has outstanding universal value,is non-renewable,and carries the unique historical and cultural information of the city.Affected by the global climate change,and frequently occurred extreme weather,such as rainstorm and flood and their derivative disasters,the cultural heritages including cultural relics are damaged.Taking the main urban area of Wuhan as an example,this paper constructs an assessment model through the overall value evaluation of heritage and the risk assessment of rainstorm and flood disasters,and combines GIS spatial analysis technology to obtain the risk map of cultural heritage.The results show that the overall value level of cultural heritage in the main urban area of Wuhan is positively correlated with the disaster risk level spatially,and the areas of high value and high risk are concentrated around the intersection of the Yangtze River and the Han River.The construction of the evaluation model is used as a basis for relevant departments to formulate heritage disaster prevention and mitigation measures.
