摘 要:城市的不断扩张导致社区体育设施出现可达性低、资源数量短缺等问题,本研究基于地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析技术,根据统计资料建立上海市虹口区社区体育设施分布、居住小区人口数据集,从可达性、公平性两个层面评价上海市虹口区社区体育设施空间布局合理性,包括利用最短距离法和网络分析法对上海市虹口区公共体育设施空间可达性进行分析,通过计算基尼系数,对体育设施空间分布公平性进行评价。结论如下:上海市虹口区各街道体育设施基本满足10min生活圈步行需求,但无法满足老年人最适宜的200~300m(5min)步行需求,且在200~300m步行范围内,设施分布公平性较差,针对相应问题,文章提出相应的优化策略。The continuous expansion of cities has led to issues,such as limited accessibility and shortage of resources in community sports facilities.Based on the spatial analysis technology of geographic information system(GIS),this paper establishes a database of the community sports facility distribution and residential population in Hongkou District,Shanghai according to the statistical data.The rationality for the spatial layout of community sports facilities in Hongkou District,Shanghai is evaluated from two aspects of accessibility and fairness.The shortest distance method and network analysis method are used to analyze the spatial accessibility of public sports facilities in Hongkou District,Shanghai.By calculating the Gini coefficient,the fairness of the spatial distribution of sports facilities is evaluated.The conclusion is as follows.The sports facilities in various streets of Hongkou District in Shanghai can basically meet the 10 minute walking needs of the living circle,but cannot meet the most suitable walking needs of the elderly at a distance of 200~300 meters(5 minutes).Moreover,within the walking range of 200~300 meters,the fairness of facility distribution is poor.In response to the corresponding problems,the paper proposes the suggestions for optimizing the layout of sports facilities.
