摘　　要：在党对“三农”工作的全面领导背景下,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,全面贯彻乡村振兴战略,构建利于“资源节约”的乡村产业体系。文章以山东省青岛市青山渔村为例,从生态维育视角出发,通过调查村落自然和人文现状,对处于经济发展瓶颈期的旅游传统村落既有住居发展态势进行设计研究,提出利用被动式超低能耗建筑技术对乡村住居进行改造,减少污染、降低消耗,向改善生态的绿色化方向发展,并通过设计多功能生态主题乡村实践基地,为乡村振兴提供一条有一定可行性的发展路线。Under the background of the Party’s overall leadership over the work concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era,we will fully implement the rural revitalization strategy and build a rural industrial system conducive to“resource conservation”.Taking Qingshan Fishing Village in Qingdao,Shandong province as an example,starting from the perspective of ecological maintenance,the paper investigates the current natural and humanistic conditions of the village,and designs and studies the development trend of the existing residential buildings in tourism traditional village with economic development bottleneck.Then it puts forward the use of passive ultra-low energy consumption building technology to transform the rural residential buildings,to reduce pollution,to reduce consumption and to develop towards the ecological greening.Through the design of a multi-functional ecological theme rural practice base,it provides a feasible development route for rural revitalization.
