摘 要:在地下空间开发与地铁站建设持续扩大的背景下,绿色地铁等交通建筑的设计已成为发展趋势。然而,在实际项目的开发实践中存在建筑能耗大、站内空间品质较差等问题。文章通过对绿色地铁站优化标准与研究资料的分析,针对需求与空间开发的难点,以环境的舒适与节能为基础,提出空间性能优化的原则,总结梳理出对地铁车站绿色空间性能优化的设计措施。从优化设计措施,从视觉空间优化、光环境优化、声环境优化、热湿环境优化、空气通风优化五个方面进行阐述,对于地铁站的绿色化设计具有参考意义。Under the background of the development of underground space and the expansion of subway station construction,the design of green subway and other transportation buildings has become a development trend.However,there are problems,such as high building energy consumption and poor spatial quality of stations in the development practice of actual projects.Through the analysis on the standards and research data on the optimization of green subway stations,in view of the demand and the difficulties of space development,and based on the comfort and energy-saving of the environment,the principle of space performance optimization is proposed,and the design measures for the optimization of the green space performance of the subway station are summarized and sorted out.The optimized design measures are elaborated from five aspects,namely,visual space optimization,light environment optimization,sound environment optimization,heat and humid environment optimization,and air ventilation optimization,which are of reference significance for the green design of subway stations.
