摘  要:目前市售手术巾存在抗渗水性达不到高性能标准(抗静水压>100 cmH_(2)O)和抗菌性能差等问题。本研究以纺黏-熔喷-纺黏非织造布(SMS)为基底,将掺杂有银离子(Ag^(+))抗菌剂、氯化钠(NaCl)颗粒的水性聚氨酯(WPU)涂覆于SMS表面形成涂层,制备具有微孔结构的改性抗菌手术巾,在保证一定透湿量的情况下,同时兼顾高抗渗水性能和抗菌性能。结果表明:当WPU中Ag^(+)的掺杂量为5.0%(质量分数)、NaCl的掺杂量为1.5%时,所制备的微孔结构抗菌手术巾的抗静水压为114.24 cmH_(2)O,与未经改性的手术巾相比提高了119.40%,透湿量为4160 g/[m^(2)·(24 h)],在150 min以内对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抗菌效率均可达到95%以上,与没有微孔结构的抗菌手术巾相比,透湿量提高了42.96%,抗菌效率提高约20%,表明其具有良好的使用舒适性和抗菌效果。At present,there are issues with commercially available surgical drapes that do not meet high performance standards for water resistance(resistance to hydrostatic pressure>100 cmH_(2)O)and poor antibacterial performance.This study used spunbond melt blown spunbond nonwoven fabric(SMS)as the substrate,and coated waterborne polyurethane(WPU)doped with silver ion(Ag^(+))antibacterial agent and sodium chloride(NaCl)particles on the surface of SMS to form a coating.A modified antibacterial surgical towel with a microporous structure was prepared,which ensured a certain moisture permeability while also considering high water resistance and antibacterial properties.The results showed that when the doping amount of Ag^(+)in WPU was 5.0%(mass fraction)and the doping amount of NaCl was 1.5%,the anti static water pressure of the prepared microporous antibacterial surgical towel was 114.24 cmH_(2)O,which was 119.40%higher than that of the unmodified surgical towel,and the moisture permeability was 4160 g/[m^(2)·(24 h)].Within 150 minutes,the antibacterial efficiency against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli could both reach over 95%,compared with the antibacterial surgical towel without microporous structure,The moisture permeability increased by 42.96%and the antibacterial effect increased by about 20%,indicating that it has good comfort and antibacterial effect.
