摘　　要：农业管理体系在石化企业的发展过程中是影响其发展前景的关键环节,建立能源管理体系的目的主要在于优化对能源的利用效率,减少生产过程中的资源浪费,同时尽可能减少石化企业在生产过程中对于自然环境的不良影响,文章主要针对山东某石化企业,在生产过程中,通过引入能源管理体系,对于自身经营发展的实际影响进行分析,通过发现能源管理体系在实际应用过程中的问题,提出对应的发展建议,旨在帮助该企业更有效地利用能源管理体系开展生产经营工作,不仅促进企业的经济效益提升,同时也促进其在可持续发展以及环保方面的进步。The development of an energy management system is a crucial factor influencing the prospects of the petrochemical industry.The primary purpose of establishing an energy management system is to optimize the efficiency of energy utilization,reduce resource waste in the production process,and minimize the adverse environmental impact of petrochemical companies.This article focuses on a petrochemical enterprise in Shandong,analyzing the practical impact ofintroducing an energy management system into its production processes.By identifying issues encountered during the actual application of the energy management system,corresponding development recommendations are proposed.The aim is to assist the enterprise in more effectively utilizing the energy management system for its operational activities.This not only promotes the enhancement of economic benefits but also contributes to advancements in sustainable development and environmental protection.
