摘　　要：DNA作为生物体中最重要的遗传材料,其结构与功能的研究,一直是分子生物学领域中发展最快的一个领域。DNA技术还具有一定的保湿、抗衰、修复、抗氧化、光保护等功效,这为DNA技术在个人护理品中的应用奠定了功效基础。在国外,DNA已经被应用到了个人护理产品中,但是对它的安全问题还在探讨当中。文章就DNA的基本性质、皮肤护理功能和安全问题作概述,以期为DNA的开发和利用提供一定的理论基础。DNA is the main Genetic material of biology.The study ofits structure and function has become the subject of the most rapid development of molecular biology.DNA technology also has certain moisturizing,anti-aging,repairing,antioxidant,photoprotective,and effects on the skin,laying a foundation for its application in personal care products.DNA has been used in the production and sales of personal care products abroad,but the security issues are still under discussion.This article reviews the basic characteristics,skincare effects,and safety of DNA,aiming to provide theoretical basis for its development and application.
