近视针刺法联合指针疗法防控儿童低中度近视的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨近视针刺法联合指针疗法防控儿童低中度近视临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年10月期间首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院就诊的低中度近视儿童86例,按随机数字表方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组给予配镜治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予近视针刺法联合指针疗法。治疗1个月后,观察两组患儿治疗前后临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候评分,裸眼视力,屈光度,眼轴长度,调节幅度。结果 治疗后两组患儿观察组临床总有效率93.02%(40/43)明显高于对照组74.42%(32/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿中医证候评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组中医证候评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿裸眼视力及屈光度均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组裸眼视力及屈光度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿眼轴长度及调节幅度均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组眼轴增长幅度低于对照组,调节幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 近视针刺法联合指针疗法防控儿童低中度近视临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of myopic acupuncture combined with pointer therapy in the treatment of children with low and moderate myopia.Methods Eighty-six children with mild and moderate myopia who visited Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected for this study.They were divided into a control group and an observation groupaccording to the method of random number table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given endoscopic therapy,and the observation group was given myopic acupuncture combined with pointer therapy in addition to the treatment provided to the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,naked eye vision,diopter,axial lengthof the eye and adjustment amplitude of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%(40/43),significantly higher than the control group′s 74.42%(32/43)(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased after treatment compared to before treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group′s TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the naked eye visual acuity and diopter in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Furthermore,the observation group had significantly higher naked eye visual acuity and diopter as compared with the control group(P<0.05).The axial length of the eye and adjustment amplitude in both groups were remarkably elevated after treatment(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group had a lower increase in axial length and a higher adjustment amplitude than the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Myopic acupuncture combined with pointer therapy has significant clinical efficacy in prevention and control of low to moderate myopia of children.
