摘  要:目的 系统评价3D打印模型技术辅助经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术(PELD)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效性和安全性。方法 计算机检索万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Embase等数据库,收集关于3D打印模型技术辅助PELD治疗腰椎间盘突出症的文献,在筛选文献、提取资料及质量评价后,使用Stata/SE 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入10篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,与常规PELD相比,3D打印模型技术辅助PELD的目测类比评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数、并发症发生率更低,穿刺次数、X线透视次数更少,手术时间更短。结论 3D打印模型技术辅助PELD治疗腰椎间盘突出症可以减轻患者的疼痛,改善腰椎活动功能,减少穿刺次数和X线透视次数,缩短手术时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective To systemically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy(PELD)assisted by 3D printing model technique for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Literature related to PELD assisted by 3D printing model technique for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation were collected through retrieving the databases of Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Biology Medicine disc,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,and Embase,etc.After screening literature,extracting data,and evaluating quality,the Stata/SE 12.0 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 10 literature was enrolled.The results of Meta-analysis revealed that compared with routine PELD,PELD assisted by 3D printing model technique exhibited lower Visual Analogue Scale score,Oswestry disability index,and incidence rate of complications,less numbers of puncture and X-ray fluoroscopy,and shorter operation duration.Conclusion PELD assisted by 3D printing model technique for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can relieve patients′pain,ameliorate lumbar motion function,reduce numbers of puncture and X-ray fluoroscopy,shorten operation duration,and decrease the incidence rate of complications.
