论新时代台湾地区民情研究的形势、任务和路径

摘　　要：新时代的国际国内形势以及由此带来的新变化向涉台研究界提出了研究的新任务和新要求。新形势主要有:实现祖国完全统一和中华民族伟大复兴;美国对抗中国,竭力阻挠两岸统一;岛内政局蜕变,两岸统一的社会基础亟待补强;民进党当局构筑“拒统”藩篱,阻断两岸互动交流。主要任务有:探讨如何争取台湾地区民心,携手促进国家统一大业;探讨如何争取岛内民众的支持,共同反对“台独”等八个方面的问题。内地涉台研究界在台湾地区民情研究方面取得显著成效的同时,也存在一些不足。新时代向涉台研究界提出了加强基础理论研究、深入本质研究、合理开展调查研究等十个基础路径。The international and domestic situation in the new era of China,along with the new changes it brings,presents new tasks and requirements for the research community involved in Taiwan-related studies.The new situation mainly includes:the completion of national reunification and the realization of great national rejuvenation;the United States efforts to contain China and obstruct cross-Straits reunification;the regression of the island's political situation and the urgent need to strengthen the social foundation of reunification;the DPP administration efforts to build barriers against unification and block cross-Straits interaction and communication.The new tasks mainly include:to explore how to win the hearts of the people in Taiwan region and jointly promote the great cause of national reunification;to explore how to gain people's support on the island and jointly oppose“Taiwan independence”,etc.While the mainland's Taiwan-related research community has achieved remarkable results in Taiwan Public Opinion Research,there are also some shortcomings.The new era of China poses ten new requirements for Taiwan-related research community,including strengthening basic theoretical research,conducting in-depth essential research,and carrying out appropriate investigation and research.
