医养结合嵌入河南省社区居家养老的发展策略

摘　　要：河南省健康养老发展正进入快车道,规划引导医养结合嵌入社区居家养老符合省情和老年群体需要。针对发展嵌入式养老面临的政策模糊、筹资匮缺、医护流失等问题,提出如下建议:政府主导,加强筹资运营监督管理;社会参与,打通资源良性嵌入路径;队伍优化,培养人才和提高待遇并举等。The development of health care for the elderly in Henan Province has been on a fast track,and the planning and guidance of the integration of medical care and elderly care into the community in-home care are in line with the provincial conditions and the needs of the elderly group.In view of the problems faced by the development of embedded elderly care,such as policy ambiguity,lack of financing,and the brain drain of healthcare workers,it is suggested that the government should take the lead and strengthen the supervision and management of financing operations,the society should participate to bridge the path of benign resource embedding,and the team should be optimized to cultivate talents and improve treatment at the same time.
