摘 要:以某预制装配式建筑为例,使用BIM技术进行钢构件的预制,同时利用BIM技术的可视化、模拟性等特点,设计进行深化和碰撞检测,提高了设计图纸和施工方案的科学性.在此基础上,以核心筒H型钢柱作为研究对象,对临时定位装置的安装施工技术进行分析.基于BIM的核心筒H型钢柱定位安装施工,对加快施工进度、提升工程质量有积极帮助,具有推广应用价值.Taking a prefabricated building as an example,BIM technology was used to prefabricate steel components.At the same time,visualization and simulation characteristics of BIM technology were utilized to carry out design deepening and collision detection,which improved the scientificity of design drawings and construction schemes.On this basis,the installation and construction technology of temporary positioning device is analyzed by taking H-shaped steel column of core cylinder as the research object.The positioning installation and construction of the core cylinder H-shaped steel column based on BIM has positive help to accelerate the construction progress and improve the quality of the project,and has the value of popularization and application.
