摘 要:应用GT-SUITE发动机热力学仿真软件对4100柴油机外特性稳态性能进行仿真,研究了喷嘴环叶片位置对废气涡轮增压器和发动机联合运行线、增压器的热力参数、换气过程评价参数和柴油机性能的影响。仿真结果表明:随着喷嘴环开度的增加,发动机运行线下移,喘振裕度增大;压后压力、涡轮前压力随着喷嘴环开度的增加都降低,涡轮前压力降低的幅度要远大于增压后压力降低的幅度,100%开度时压后压力与涡轮前压力相差不大;残余废气系数降低,充气效率增加;功率和有效扭矩增加,燃油消耗率降低。The GT-SUITE engine thermodynamic simulation software is used to simulate the steady-state performance of the external characteristics of 4100 diesel engine.The effects of the nozzle ring blade position on the joint operation line of the exhaust gas turbocharger and the engine,the thermodynamic parameters,the evaluation parameters of the air exchange process and diesel engine performance are mainly studied.The simulation results show that with the increase of nozzle ring opening,the operating line of the compressor moves downward and the surge margin increases.The post and pre-urbine pressures both decrease with the increase of nozzle ring opening.The pre-turbine pressure decreases much larger than the post turbocharging pressure.There is little difference between the post and the pre-turbine pressures at 100%opening.The coefficient of residual exhaust gas decreases,and the inflation efficiency increases.The power and effective torque increase and the fuel consumption rate decreases.
