摘 要:本文以天津市为例,构建了河湖水系连通与经济社会发展评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定各指标权重,基于耦合协调模型研究2015—2022年天津市河流水系连通与经济社会发展耦合协调关系。结果表明:近年来天津市河湖水系连通与经济社会发展均处于不断上升趋势,且河湖水系连通与经济社会发展综合评价差值F总体较为平稳;2015—2022年天津市河湖水系连通与经济社会发展协调度经历了中度失调、轻度失调、初级协调、优质协调4个阶段,目前两者正在向更加协调的方向发展;2015—2022年天津市河湖水系连通与经济社会发展处于协调耦合阶段,现阶段两者间仍存在一定的制约胁迫关系,在城镇化建设过程中要尤为注重两系统的有机结合。This paper takes Tianjin as an example and constructs an evaluation index system for the connectivity of river-lake systems and economic and social development.The entropy method is used to determine the weights of various indicators.Based on a coupling coordination model,the paper studies the coupling and coordinated relationship between the connectivity of river systems and economic and social development in Tianjin from 2015 to 2022.The results show that in recent years,both the connectivity of river-lake systems and economic and social development in Tianjin have been on a continuous upward trend,and the overall difference F-value between the two remains relalively stable.From 2015 to 2022,the coupling coordination between the connectivity of river-lake systems and economic and social development in Tianjin has gone through four stages:moderate imbalance,slight imbalance,primary coordination,and high-quality coordination.Currently,they are moving towards a more coordinated direction.During the period from 2015 to 2022,Tianjin is in a stage of coordinated coupling between the connectivity of river-lake systems and economic and social development.However,there still exists a certain degree of mutual constraint and pressure between the two systems.It is particularly important to emphasize the organic integration of these two systems in the process of urbanization construction.
