具免疫检查点抑制剂和Holling-II型功能反应的肿瘤模型稳定性分析

摘  要:肿瘤免疫检查点抑制剂治疗,是现代抗肿瘤的新型疗法。本文提出了一类具免疫检查点抑制剂anti-PD-1和Holling-II型功能反应的肿瘤免疫模型,研究了模型解的存在性与解的有界性,证明了模型的无肿瘤平衡点的局部渐近稳定的条件,最后通过数值模拟验证理论分析的结果。Tumor immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy is a new type of modern anti-tumor therapy.This article proposes a type of immune model based on immune checkpoint inhibitor anti PD-1 and Holling-II fuction.The existence and boundedness of the solution for the model were studied,and the conditions for local asymptotic stability of the tumor free equilibrium point of the model were proved.Finally,the results of theoretical analysis was verified by numerical analog verification.
