摘 要:逆变器已被广泛应用在各种场合、各种环境。在使用过程中暴露出产品对不同环境适应性的不足,导致性能下降甚至设备损坏。本文提出了一种非隔离型光伏逆变器优化设计思路,阐述上述设计方案的工作原理及优势,目的是提高逆变器对不同环境下的适应能力。通过对逆变器的绝缘检测、防雷、高海拔适应性、PID防护等项目进行优化提升了整机性能,为相关产品优化提供思路。Inverters have been widely used in various occasions and environments.The insufficient adaptability of the product to different environments is exposed during use,leading to performance degradation and even equipment damage.This article proposes an optimized design approach for non-isolated photovoltaic inverters,explains the working principle and advantages of the above design scheme,with the aim of improving the inverter’s adaptability to different environments.This design has optimized and improved the overall performance of the inverter through insulation detection,lightning protection,high altitude adaptability,PID protection,and other projects,providing ideas for the optimization of related products.
