摘 要:随着经济的发展,在高速公路建设项目中桥梁基础施工安全越来越受到重视。桥梁基础施工过程复杂、危险性大,需要选择标准化评价方法进行风险估测并采取标准化安全管理措施。本文依托西南某高速公路改扩建项目,对桥梁基础施工分解步骤,运用生产作业条件安全评价法(LEC),各因素按照已有标准化取值,对各步骤的潜在危险进行风险估测。计算所得人员高处坠落、触电的风险值分别为270、240,属于高度危险,土方坍塌风险值为360,属于极高危险,应列入重大危险源清单并采取风险防控措施。With the development of economy,the safety of bridge foundation construction in highway construction projects is getting more and more attention.The bridge foundation construction process is complex and dangerous,and it is necessary to choose standardized evaluation methods for risk estimation and take standardized risk control measures.This paper relies on a highway reconstruction and expansion project in Southwest China.The bridge foundation construction is decomposed into steps,and the LEC method is applied to estimate the risk of potential hazards of each step according to the existing standardized values of each factor.The calculated risk values of fall from height and electrocution are 270 and 240 respectively,which are highly dangerous.The risk value of earth collapse is 360,which is a very high risk.These hazards should be included in the list of major sources of danger,and risk prevention and control measures should be taken.
