摘　　要：目的:分析对接受碘125放射性粒子植入术治疗的恶性肿瘤患者应用标准化护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月间蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院收治的72例恶性肿瘤患者,均接受碘125放射性粒子植入术治疗,随机均分为两组,参照组36例采取常规护理,观察组36例采取标准化护理干预,分析患者护理满意度、心理状态与生存质量等指标。结果:护理后,观察组的护理满意度更高,心理状态与生存质量等较优,与参照组相比,结果存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:对接受碘125放射性粒子植入术治疗的恶性肿瘤患者进行标准化护理,可以减轻患者的心理压力,提升生存质量,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing in patients with malignant tumors treated by iodine-125 radioactive particle implantation.Methods:A total of 72 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups:36 patients in the reference group received routine nursing,and 36 patients in the observation group received standardized nursing.The nursing satisfaction,psychological state and quality of life of patients were analyzed.Results:After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher,the psychological state and quality of life of the observation group were better,and the results were significantly different from those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing for malignant tumor patients receiving iodine-125 radioactive particle implantation can reduce the psychological pressure of patients,improve the quality of life,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
