中医标准化康复护理应用于缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者应用中医标准化康复护理对其肢体康复的效果。方法:以随机数字表法将2022年10月至2023年10月期间诊治的70例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者进行分组,每组35例,参照组开展常规康复护理,试验组开展中医标准化康复护理,统计两组患者神经功能、自理能力、生活质量、肢体运动能力及护理满意度。结果:试验组各项康复情况指标均优于参照组,护理满意度优于参照组,P<0.05。结论:缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者在中医标准化康复护理作用下能改善肢体运动功能及自理能力,减轻神经功能损伤,可提升生活质量及护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on limb rehabilitation of ischemic stroke patients in the convalescent stage.Methods:70 patients in the convalescent stage of ischemic stroke diagnosed and treated from October 2022 to October 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the experimental group received standardized rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The neurological function,self-care ability,quality of life,limb movement ability and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were analyzed.Results:All indexes of rehabilitation in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group,and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was better than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the convalescent stage of ischemic stroke patients,the function of limb movement and self-care ability can be improved,nerve function injury can be reduced,and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction can be improved.
