标准化护理在冠脉造影术围术期的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:研究对于冠脉造影术患者采取围术期标准化护理的实施效果。方法:于蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院2022年1月至2023年7月收治的冠脉造影术患者中随机抽取64例,随机分为两组,对照组32例,采取常规护理;观察组32例,实施围术期标准化护理,对比两组实施效果。结果:观察组SAS(45.85±4.21)分,SDS(44.39±4.80)分,显著优于对照组[SAS(56.72±3.48)分,SDS(54.70±5.62)分](P<0.05)。观察组并发症合计2例(6.25%),少于对照组(31.25%)(P<0.05)。观察组依从率(96.88%)高于对照组(75.00%),两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对冠脉造影术患者实施围术期标准化护理有助于调整患者情绪,帮助患者建立信心,并积极预防各类并发症,有利于患者快速恢复。Objective:To study the effect of standardized nursing for patients undergoing coronary angiography.Methods:64 cases of coronary angiography patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to July 2023 were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The 32 cases in the control group received routine nursing,and the 32 cases in the observation group received standardized nursing in the perioperative period.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results:SAS(45.85±4.21)and SDS(44.39±4.80)in the observation group were significantly better than[SAS(56.72±3.48)and SDS(54.70±5.62)]in the control group(P<0.05).There were 2 complications(6.25%)in the observation group,less than those in the control group(31.25%)(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the observation group(96.88%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing in perioperative period for patients with coronary angiography can help to adjust patients’mood,build patients’confidence,and actively prevent various complications,which is conducive to patients’rapid recovery.
