摘　　要：介绍宝钢股份湛江钢铁4200 mm中厚板厂轧线中间水冷的控制工艺,详细描述了中间坯多道次水冷和单道次水冷的过程。采用中间水冷的冷却工艺,有效缩短了中间坯的待温时间,提高了轧线的效率。The control process of intermediate water cooling in the rolling line of Zhanjiang 4200 mm heavy plate plant of Baosteel is introduced.The process of multi-pass and single-pass water cooling of intermediate blank is described in detail.The use of intermediate water cooling technology effectively shortens the waiting time for the intermediate plate and improves the efficiency of the rolling line.
