摘  要:酸性服役是管线钢未来发展的重要方向之一,简述HIC、SSC的发生机理、检验方法,分析影响管线钢抗酸性能的夹杂物、偏析、显微组织、化学成分、表面硬点等因素,介绍抗酸管线钢的发展现状,指出抗酸管线钢生产的关键控制因素。通过超低碳成分设计、洁净钢技术,精细化管控炼钢、轧制、冷却工艺参数,从而提高管线钢的抗酸性能,满足管道服役安全性的要求,最后对抗酸管线钢的未来发展进行了展望。Sour service is one of the important directions for the future development of pipeline steel.The mechanisms and test methods of HIC and SSC were briefly described.The factors affecting the sour resistance performance of pipeline steel such as inclusions,segregation,microstructure,chemical composition,and local hard zones were analyzed.The research progress and production experience of sour service pipeline steel were introduced,and the key control factors of sour service pipeline steel production were pointed out.Through the design of ultra-low carbon composition,clean steel technology,fine control of steelmaking,rolling and cooling process parameters,the sour resistance performance of pipeline steel was improved,the requirements of pipeline service safety were met.Finally,the prospect of sour service pipeline steel was discussed.
