摘  要:结合CCSI模型构建6个潜变量19个观察变量的专业满意度指数模型,通过对该专业在校生的调研,获取196份有效问卷数据。运用AMOS建立结构方程模型进行分析,得出学校/专业形象、专业感知价值、专业感知质量对专业满意度有积极正向的影响。结合路径分析,提出改进建议:提高个性发展,拓展课外活动;优化专业课程顺序,递进掌握专业知识;深化创新实践内容,提高专业学生素质;加强就业宣传,提高专业认知。Combined with the CCSI model,a professional satisfaction index model with 6 latent variables and 19 observation variables was constructed,and 196 valid questionnaire data were obtained through the survey of the students enrolled in the major.A structural equation modeling analysis using AMOS concludes that school/professional image,perceived value of the profession,and perceived quality of the profession have positive effect on professional satisfaction.Through the path analysis,the improvement suggestions are put forward such as improving personality development and expanding extracurricular activities,optimizing the sequence of professional courses and incremental mastery of professional knowledge,deepening the content of innovative practice and improving the quality of professional students,and strengthening the employment publicity and raising professional awareness.
