摘 要:剩余污泥富含有机质,易造成二次污染且处理成本高,探索其资源化的方法非常必要。为此,采用过氧化钙联合热解处理剩余污泥,并将其热解液用于强化生物脱氮。相比于剩余污泥的纯热解处理,过氧化钙联合热解处理的热解液中TCOD量增加了11.3%,反硝化速率和脱氮率分别提升了59.5%和19.6%,污泥毛细吸水时间(CST)降低了33.7%。单因素对比实验结果表明,添加氧化剂对热解液的成分和脱氮效能没有明显改善,添加碱能促使热解液中的TCOD量增加约3倍,添加钙絮凝可使热解液的溶解性COD(SCOD)与TCOD的比值增加25.3%、污泥CST降低72.0%。综上可见,过氧化钙对热解液脱氮效能的强化机制在于钙絮凝作用去除了剩余污泥中的大分子惰性物质,从而提升了热解液中可生化碳源的比例。The excess sludge is rich in organic matter,easy to cause secondary pollution and has high treatment cost,so it is necessary to explore the method of its resource recovery.In this study,calcium peroxide(CaO2)combined with pyrolysis was employed to treat excess sludge to enhance biological nitrogen removal.Compared with the pyrolysis treatment of excess sludge,the total chemical oxygen demand(TCOD)in the pyrolysis liquid from the combined process increased by 11.3%,the denitrification rate and nitrogen removal efficiency increased by 59.5%and 19.6%,respectively,and the sludge capillary suction time(CST)decreased by 33.7%.The results of single factor experiment showed that the addition of oxidant had no obvious improvement on the composition and nitrogen removal efficiency of the sludge pyrolytic liquid,the addition of alkali increased the TCOD of the pyrolytic liquid by approximately 3 times,and the addition of flocculent calcium increased the ratio of soluble COD(SCOD)to TCOD of the pyrolytic liquid by 25.3%and decreased the CST of the sludge by 72.0%.In summary,the mechanism of calcium peroxide enhanced nitrogen removal efficiency was that the calcium flocculation removed the macromolecular inert substances in the excess sludge,thereby increasing the proportion of biodegradable carbon sources in the pyrolytic liquid.
