摘 要:2023年底召开的中央经济工作会议提出,“要加快培育外贸新动能,巩固外贸外资基本盘,拓展中间品贸易、服务贸易、数字贸易、跨境电商出口。”近年来,跨境电商出口成为加快外贸创新发展的重要力量。2023年是新冠肺炎疫情防控转段后经济恢复发展的一年,文章从出口规模、市场主体、运营模式、海外物流与平台“走出去”五个维度回顾总结2023年我国跨境电商出口发展特点。同时,从全球电商市场、营销渠道、AI技术、全球经贸形势及政策环境等视角剖析我国跨境电商出口面临的机遇与挑战,并提出推动跨境电商出口高质量发展的对策建议。At the end of 2023,the Central Economic Work Conference proposed“to speed up the cultivation of new foreign trade drivers,consolidate foreign trade and foreign capital,and expand trade in intermediate goods,services,digital trade and cross-border e-commerce exports”.Cross-border e-commerce export has become an important force to accelerate the development of foreign trade innovation.The 2023 was the year of economic recovery after the transition from the epidemic prevention and control phase,this paper reviews the characteristics of China s cross-border e-commerce export development from the perspectives of export scale,market players,operation mode,overseas logistics,and platform“going global”.At the same time,from the perspectives of global e-commerce market,marketing channels,AI technology,global economic and trade situation,policy environment and so on,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by China s cross-border e-commerce exports,and puts forward recommendatons to promote the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce exports.
