贸易便利化对中国水产品出口的影响研究——基于经济政策不确定性的调节作用

摘　　要：水产品作为重要的农产品,是中国农产品贸易发展的“稳压器”之一。论文基于2009-2019年世界经济论坛发布的《全球竞争力报告》和中国水产品出口贸易数据,运用主成分分析法构建贸易便利化指标体系,研究伙伴国贸易便利化对中国水产品出口贸易的影响以及经济政策不确定性在该影响机制中的调节作用。实证结果显示,贸易便利化对中国水产品出口具有显著促进作用,且其不同分项指标对出口的影响存在显著差异,根据影响程度从大到小依次为电子商务、海关效率、基础设施建设和制度环境;而经济政策不确定性则会削弱这种正向影响。As an important agricultural product,aquatic products are one of the"regulators"of China's agricultural trade development.Based on the Global Competitiveness Report published by the World Economic Forum from 2009 to 2019 and China's export trade data of fishery products,this paper uses the principal component analysis method to construct the index system of trade facilitation,and studies the impact of partner countries'trade facilitation on China's export trade of fishery products and the moderating role of economic policy uncertainty in the impact mechanism.The empirical results show that trade facilitation has a significant role in promoting China's export of aquatic products,and the impact of different sub-indicators on export is significantly different.According to the degree of impact,the order is e-commerce,customs efficiency,infrastructure construction and institutional environment.However,economic policy uncertainty will weaken this positive effect.
