摘 要:研究了螺栓拧紧过程中摩擦系数、轴向力以及拧紧力矩的变化关系,分析了摩擦系数与扭矩法装配及扭矩-转角法装配的影响。利用多功能紧固分析系统和横向振动试验机对扭矩系数和防松性能进行测试,并利用具体案例关于摩擦系数对螺栓装配质量进行了试验研究。结果表明摩擦系数是影响装配质量的关键因素之一,在很大程度上影响了螺栓联接的稳定性;在有效范围内摩擦系数与螺栓联接的可靠性成反比关系;螺纹紧固件的选用和设计务必要坚持可靠性理论原则,才能够充分发挥紧固件的效能,提高装配质量。The relationship between friction coefficient,axial force and tightening torque during bolt tightening process was studied.The influence of friction coefficient on torque assembly method and torque angle assembly method was analyzed.The torque coefficient and anti loose performance were tested by using the multi-function fastening analysis system and the transverse vibration testing machine.And a specific case was used to study the effect of friction coefficient on bolt assembly quality.The results showed that friction coefficient was one of the key factors affecting assembly quality,which affected the stability of bolted connections to a large extent.Within the effective range,the friction coefficient was inversely proportional to the reliability of bolted connection.The selection and design of threaded fasteners must adhere to the principle of reliability theory,so as to full utilize the efficiency of fasteners and improve the assembly quality.
