摘  要:35CrMo液压室钢锭样坯在精加工时发现内孔壁有多条细微裂纹。为了查找裂纹成因,取样进行化学成分分析、低倍检验、金相检验和EDS分析。结果表明液压室钢锭样坯微裂纹系锻造时白点缺陷。分析了白点缺陷形成的主要因素为氢浓度、内应力(主要是组织应力)和夹杂物,在此基础上提出了白点缺陷的主要预防措施。A number of small cracks in the inner hole wall had been found in 35CrMo hydraulic chamber steel ingot sample billet during the finishing process.In order to find the cause of cracks,the sample was taken for chemical composition analysis,macroscopic examination,metallographic examination and EDS analysis.The results showed that the microcracks of ingot samples in hydraulic chamber were white spot defects during forging.The main factors causing the formation of white spot defects ware analyzed,including hydrogen concentration,internal stress(mainly tissue stress)and inclusion,on the basis of the main preventive measures for white spot defects were put forward.
