摘  要:连续化是化工生产发展方向,以烯草酮生产中涉及的液-液萃取分离过程为对象,针对液-液萃取分离体系中杂质种类、含量及分离特性,详细探究两相流动及传质特性,开发了高效萃取塔、管式萃取器和油水聚结分离材料等,并成功应用于烯草酮生产萃取分离工段,实现了其连续自动化生产。基于高效萃取装备解决了传统釜式生产存在的密闭性差、产品质量不稳定、废水量大、能耗高、安全性差等问题,推动了我国农药化工生产技术水平持续提升。Continuous production is the development direction of chemical industry.From the view of the impurity types,contents and separation characteristics of the separation system,the two-phase flow and mass transfer characteristics of the liquid-liquid extraction and separation process involved in the process of clethodim production are systemically studied in this work.A series of extraction equipment,such as high-efficiency extraction column,tubular mixer-settler and coalescing and separating material,has been developed,which has been successfully applied to several extraction and separation process of clethodim production and realized continuous automatic production.The application of high efficiency extraction equipment solves the problems existing in the production of traditional stirred tank reactor,such as leakiness,unstable quality,large amount of waste water,high energy consumption and poor safety.And,it promotes the continuous improvement of pesticide chemical production technology.
