摘 要:科技金融生态发展对绿色技术创新、区域经济增长有着重要作用。本文从政府、企业、中介和市场四个层面构建科技金融生态指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS法对2012—2021年中国29个省份的科技金融生态指标进行赋权测算,并构建非参数可加模型对中、东、西部地区科技金融生态水平进行回归分析。结果表明:我国科技金融生态、绿色技术创新和经济高质量发展水平均不断提高;科技金融生态模式的构建对绿色技术创新和区域经济增长均具有显著促进作用,但影响结果存在地区异质性。The development of the ecology of scientific and technological finance plays an important role in green technology innovation and regional economic growth.This paper constructs an ecological indicator system for the scientific and technological finance from government,enterprises,intermediaries,and market.Then it makes a weighted calculation of the ecological indicators for scientific and technological finance in 29 provinces of China from 2012 to 2021 with entropy weight TOPSIS.It also makes a regression analysis on the level of the ecology of the scientific and technological finance in the central,eastern,and western regions of China by means of building a non-parametric additive model.The results show that China is growing in the ecology of the scientific and technological finance,green technology innovation,and high-quality economic development,and the construction of the ecological model for the scientific and technological finance can significantly promote green technology innovation and regional economic growth,but the impact represents regional heterogeneity.
