摘 要:根据溶质守恒和质量守恒原理,先假定洗涤过程为恒温(洗涤过程温度参数均取特征温度),建立了氢氧化铝平盘过滤分离洗涤数学模型,给出了具体算法,对实际生产情况进行了模拟计算,解出各次洗涤滤饼附液及滤液的流量、密度及全碱浓度等参数。根据热量守恒原理,在前述计算结果的基础上对各次洗涤后温度进行计算,然后再对特征温度进行校正,多次迭代后特征温度可收敛。改变洗水添加量,分析计算了不同洗水单耗情况下的三洗滤饼全碱浓度(g/L)、平盘附碱(%)及成品氧化铝可洗碱含量(%)。计算结果表明:提高洗水添加量,三洗滤饼附液全碱、平盘附碱及成品可洗碱均呈下降趋势,但下降速度越来越慢;单纯通过提高洗水添加量的方法,成品碱含量降低有限。Based on the principles of solute conservation and mass conservation,it is assumed that the washing process is at a constant temperature(the temperature parameter of the washing process is all taken as characteristic temperature).A mathematical model for the separation and washing of aluminum hydroxide at pan filter is established,and a specific algorithm is provided.Simulation calculations are conducted on the actual production situation,and parameters such as flow rate,density and total alkali concentration of the adherent liquor and filtrate of each washing filter cake are solved.According to the principle of heat conservation,the temperature after each washing is calculated based on the aforementioned calculation results,and then the characteristic temperature is corrected.After multiple iterations,the characteristic temperature can converge.By changing the amount of washing water added,the total alkali concentration(g/L)of the three washing filter cake,pan filter adherent alkali(%)and washable alkali content(%)of finished alumina were analyzed and calculated under different washing water consumption conditions.The calculation results show that with an increase in the amount of washing water added,the total alkali content in the adherent liquor of the three washing filter cake,the pan filter adherent alkali and the washable alkali content in the finished product all show a downward trend,but the decline rate becomes slower and slower;By simply increasing the amount of washing water added,the reduction in alkali content in the finished product is limited.
