摘  要:目的:研究不同授粉方式对连翘果实农艺性状和主要药用成分含量的影响。方法:花期采用不同方式对连翘进行授粉,在青翘收获期测定结果率、果长、果宽、鲜重、干重、折干率等农艺性状指标和连翘酯苷A、连翘苷2个品质指标。结果:连翘♀长×♂短异花授粉产生的果实农艺性状和含量最优;其余果实农艺性状和含量测定值由大到小依次为连翘♀短×♂长异花授粉、♀短×♂短(同型异花)授粉、♀长×♂长(同型异花)授粉,连翘自花授粉不结实;♀长×♂短异花授粉后的结果率、鲜重、干重、折干率、连翘酯苷A和连翘苷含量显著高于♀短×♂短(同型异花)授粉和♀长×♂长(同型异花)授粉。结论:连翘♀长×♂短异花授粉的果实农艺性状、连翘酯苷A和连翘苷含量最佳,可为连翘的规范化种植提供参考依据。Objective:To study the effects of different pollination methods on the agronomic characters and major medicinal components of Forsythia suspensa fruit.Methods:Different methods of pollination were used in florescence,and the agronomic characters of F.suspensa fruit such as fruit percentage,fruit length,fruit width,fresh weight,dry weight and drying rate were measured in harvest.The contents of forsythiaside A and phillyrin were determined by HPLC.Results:The determination values of agronomic characters and contents were the largest in the cross-pollinated(♀L×♂S)fruits of F.suspensa.Then the measured values from large to small were cross-pollination(♀S×♂L),isotype crosspollination(♀S×♂S),isotype cross-pollination(♀L×♂L).There was no fruit on the self-pollination plants of F.suspensa.The fruit percentage,fresh weight,dry weight,drying rate,and contents of forsythiaside A and phillyrin from cross-pollination(♀L×♂S)were significantly higher than those of isotype cross-pollination(♀S×♂S)and isotype cross-pollination(♀L×♂L).Conclusion:The determination values of agronomic characters and contents of forsythiaside A and phillyrin were the largest in the cross-pollinated(♀L×♂S)fruits of F.suspensa.The results could provide reference for the standardized planting of F.suspensa.
