溴敌隆成品毒饵在北京市东城区的灭鼠效果现场评价

摘　　要：目的通过实验室和现场试验,分别观察和评价0.005%溴敌隆成品毒饵的适口性和大规模灭鼠后现场灭鼠效果。方法以小白鼠为实验对象,用0.005%溴敌隆成品毒饵对小白鼠进行实验室的有选择摄食试验,选择农贸市场和居民区两类重点场所进行现场灭鼠效果观察。结果在室内药效试验中,小白鼠于投药后第3天时出现死亡,5 d内全部死亡,实验室校正死亡率为100%,小白鼠对0.005%溴敌隆毒饵的摄食系数为1.71。在现场灭效试验中,农贸市场和居民区现场校正灭鼠率分别为85.05%和87.89%。结论0.005%溴敌隆成品灭鼠毒饵对实验鼠和家栖鼠类具有良好的杀灭作用,适口性较好,可以在城市社区和农贸市场等重点场所灭鼠活动中使用。Objective To observe and evaluate the palatability and field deratization efficacy of 0.005%bromadiolone bait after large scale through laboratory and field experiments.Methods Adult white rats were fed with 0.005%bromadiolone bait and normal bait in laboratory,the effect of rodent control was observed in two kinds of key places:markets of agricultural products and residential area.Results In laboratory efficacy test,the white rats began to die on the 3rd day after administration and all of them died within 5 days,the laboratory adjusted mortality rate was 100%,the feeding coefficient of rats on 0.005%bromadiolone baits was 1.71;in field efficacy test,the adjusted deratization rates in the markets of agricultural products and residential area were 85.05%and 87.89%,respectively.Conclusions 0.005%bromadiolone bait has a good killing effect on laboratory rats and domestic rodents,and it is palatable and can be used in important places such as urban communities and agricultural markets.
