摘　　要：目的了解2011—2020年北京市大兴区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群特征、艾滋病感染状况,为艾滋病防控工作提供依据。方法获取2011—2020年大兴区求询者的一般资料和血液检测结果进行统计分析。结果十年间共有3658人检测,男、女性别比为2.13∶1,以20~<40岁、未婚者、大专及以上学历者为主。确证阳性356人,阳性率为9.73%。不同性别(χ^(2)=139.604)、年龄(χ^(2)=30.669)、婚姻状况(χ^(2)=50.674)、求询原因(χ^(2)=379.414)、检测年份(χ^(2)=71.567)的HIV抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。男性、中老年、离异或丧偶和存在高危性行为史的阳性率高于同组其他检测者,高危性行为是以男男性行为为主(53.69%)。确证阳性者中306人进行CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞检测,数值在200个/μL以上者占96.73%。结论要着重加强对中老年人、离异丧偶者、高危性行为人群的防艾知识宣传教育。VCT有利于HIV感染者的发现,应全面普及并加大宣传力度。Objective To analyze the epidemiological distribution and HIV infection status of HIV voluntary counseling and testing(VCT)outpatients in Daxing district,Beijing from 2011 to 2020,to provide basis for AIDS prevention and control.Methods The general data and blood test result of the applicants in Daxing district from 2011 to 2020 were obtained for statistical analysis.Results During the ten years,a total of 3658 people were tested,the ratio of male to female was 2.13∶1.Most of them were between 20 and 39 years old,unmarried,and with college degree or above.A total of 356 patients were confirmed positive,with a positive rate of 9.73%.There were significant differences in the positive rate in gender(χ^(2)=139.604),age(χ^(2)=30.669),marital status(χ^(2)=50.674),reason for inquiry(χ^(2)=379.414),and year of detection(χ2=71.567),all P<0.001.The positive rate of male,middle-aged and elderly,divorced or widowed and having high-risk sexual behavior history was higher than that of other subjects in the same group.The high-risk sexual behavior history was mainly man who had sex with man(53.69%).A total of 306 patients were tested for CD4^(+)T lymphocytes,96.73% of which were more than 200 cells/μL.Conclusions Education of AIDS prevention knowledge should be further strengthened for middleaged and elderly,divorced or widowed people,and MSM.VCT is beneficial to detection of positive patients and should be promoted and increased in publicity.
