摘  要:外链节的压出力是影响滚子链质量的重要指标之一,它与销轴和链板孔之间的过盈量有关。以往外链节压出力的分析中,只考虑了弹性变形的问题,在此基础上,将链板销轴组合简化为厚壁圆筒组合,运用弹性力学和塑性力学知识,进一步分析过盈量与压出力的关系,计算出各种型号外链节开始发生塑性变形的弹性极限过盈量。根据米塞斯屈服条件,推导出在弹塑性变形状态下压出力和过盈量之间的计算方法和计算公式。根据公式计算了多种型号链条外链节的有效弹性极限过盈量。The extrusion force of the outer link is one of the important indicators affecting the quality of the roller chain,which is related to the interference between the pin shaft and the chain plate hole.In the analysis of extrusion force of outer link,only the problem of elastic deformation is considered,on this basis,the chain plate pin shaft combination is simplified to thick-walled cylinder combination.By using elastic mechanics and plastic mechanics knowledge,the relationship between interference and extrusion force is further analyzed.The elastic limit interference of the plastic deformation of various models is calculated.According to the yield condition of Mises,the calculation method and formula between the extrusion force and the interference in the elastoplastic deformation state are derived.The effective elastic limit extrusion force of the outer link is calculated according to the formula.
