摘 要:普通旋风铣削受固有断续高频切削特性影响,电动机轴螺杆加工时易受切削振动干扰,严重制约了螺杆成形精度,影响了电动机的使用性能和寿命。文中提出了一种新型自主抑振技术融于数控旋风铣床来提高机床加工效率和质量的新方法,使机床振动能量传递结构不连续,抑制或反射掉部分弹性波,有效地隔离振动,实现液压系统主动调整自主抑振的效果。试验证明,自抑振技术支持下的数控铣床加工电动机轴螺杆的过程中,螺杆加工质量和精度上明显高于普通传统机床加工,可实现电动机轴螺杆的高精高效加工。Common cyclone milling is affected by the inherent intermittent high-frequency cutting characteristics,and the machining of motor shaft screw is vulnerable to cutting vibration interference,which seriously restricts the screw forming accuracy,and affects the service performance and life of the motor.This paper presents a new method to improve the machining efficiency and quality of the machine tool by integrating a new type of autonomous vibration suppression technology into the numerical control cyclone milling machine,which makes the vibration energy transmission structure of the machine tool discontinuous,suppresses or reflects part of the elastic waves,effectively isolates the vibration,and realizes the effect of active adjustment of the hydraulic system for autonomous vibration suppression.The test proves that the NC milling machine supported by self vibration suppression technology has significantly higher machining quality and accuracy than the ordinary traditional machine tools in the process of machining motor shaft screws,which realizes high-precision and efficient machining of motor shaft screws.
